Safety & Sanitation

 

Our top priority is a healthy and safe environment for our guests and team members. We are taking every possible measure to make sure that sanitation and cleanliness protocols in our restaurants are followed scrupulously and that you can feel comfortable and safe while enjoying an in-house dining experience or carryout.

​We are proud to announce Simmer is one of the first restaurants to be approved for Larimer County's Level Up program.

Here are some of the steps we are taking to keep Rally5 & Simmer as safe as possible. We ask that our guests follow the guidelines given by Larimer County.

  • We have UV-C Hepa Air purifyers in our dining rooms that kill 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.

  • We are following all the guidelines from Larimer County.

  • Hand washing is a top priority for all team members and required frequently and when changing tasks.

  • Temperatures of our team members will be taken prior to their shift to ensure no fever is present, and we are ensuring that any sick team member stays home to completely recover.

  • Entrance and exit door handles will be continually sanitized.

  • Restrooms in our locations will be continually cleaned throughout the shift.

  • Our entire dining rooms will be deep cleaned after lunch and dinner every day.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available outside the restrooms and throughout the restaurant. 

  • Tabletops, booths and chairs are sanitized between each use with a Multi-Quat EPA registered sanitation solution.

  • Our standards for receiving fresh food supplies are at the highest level.

  • All produce received into our kitchens, including those with skins such as avocados, are washed thoroughly.
